So NY1 says when I am not looking, “you should give doormen anywhere from 30 to 150 dollars, porters and others should get 15 to 50, and the Manager should get 50 to 200...

I have 6 doormen, 8 porters and 1 manager... on the lowend bout 350, high end bout 1500....

I decided to give em a case of wine.. and so now I feel terrible giving a gift, which seems odd, because I usually love giving gifts. I couldn’t hold up to NY 1 ‘s guide but i figure, . they could get drunk (again) and cuss me up and down... HO HO HO...

I belong to Oxford Freedom, also know as United Health Care.
Every 6 months I send in a copy of my monthly payment, tracking sheet saying I was there 50 times within that 6 months and I receive a check for $200 dollars cashola!! So sweat more from the treadmill and less from the monthly bill.

So we plan, and buy, and angst.... Trade days off, ask for extended credit, overpay for travel tickets because we waited. Or maybe we wait too long and completely mess up... and can’t get away.

In this case, Some of us that have family will catch grief... from “oh we will miss you” to “you fuck up, you never were able to get it together”... either of them suck to hear.

But here is where there is opportunity! You can look around you... you will see there are people here around you that you see all the time. Perhaps not the best of friends, maybe just an acquaintance. A holiday spent with strangers can be really awesome.

The most popular gift would be the gift card. What better then let your loved one pick out what they want....

then the only chore for you is pick the right card for the right store, and that even gets easier for you can just buy a major credit logo card and load it with some cash!!! Amex, Visa, Mastercard all offer gift cards!!

Picture above is me and my friends capitalizing on Black Friday... although we chose NOT to wear black.

The hardest part about shopping for loved ones, is we would love to give them the world... but we don’t own the world, so don’t borrow it!!!

DON’T SPEND / CHARGE MORE THAN YOU HAVE AND CAN AFFORD.... WHY START THE NEW YEAR WITH DEBT AND CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS!!!

Consider it a gift from your loved ones... they gift you with no debt!!
