Time Warner will lower the bill if you ask! Crazy Right?

I got a promotion from Time Warner, letting me know that my last promotion was about to end. The one where it was $17 cheaper with my package... which when I looked I hadn’t received.

I called them, and asked, why didn’t I get this discount? They apologized for the error and credited me the 10 months x $17. $170 credit!! Nice right.

Then I asked about the promotion now? Is their a contract or something with it. She responded “no.. It was to get new customers.” I responded “that’s not fair to the loyal customers” and she said “ well you can have that rate, people call up and say their bill is too high, so they LOWER IT BECAUSE THEY ASKED TO HAVE IT LOWERED!!!”

Call Time Warner 212-674-8100, tell them they charge you too much, they will lower the bill! Crazy Right?

I am glad we all made it to another turn of the year... While we may have some ill feelings toward 2009... It is still a year that many people missed...
for reasons sometimes unexplained; bad choices, or just the luck of the draw. So I will take 2009 and keep it.. Not that there is a choice for this cowboy... Start your resolutions earlier then midnite.... they actually tend to stick if we do. Merry!

How excited to see friends making their way! Watching the film BRIDE WARS.... there pops up friend, comrade, colleague, and a close personally inspiration is Miss Hettiene Park... Certainly not her first body of work, and expect to see more of her...
